TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Your contract is with LJP Owen ltd, East Nolton Farm, Nolton, Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, SA623NW
2. In these terms, “venue” means the venue at Nolton Coast where your wedding is agreed to be held, “wedding” also means (where applicable) a civil partnership.
3. The agreement by and between: LJP Owen ltd and the client is entered into as of the specified date on the client contract.

1.Total rental fee: The Client agrees to pay a total fee specified in the contract for the rental of the venue.
2. Payment Schedule: 20% of total amount to secure booking. The full balance is then due two months previous to the event date.
3. The Client will be liable and charged for any significant damages, breakages and cleaning incurred during the event.

1. Cancellation by Client - The deposit is non refundable. - If the event is cancelled within six months of the event date the balance will be charged. - We recommend clients take out comprehensive event insurance.
2. Cancellation by Venue - In the unlikely event that the venue becomes unavailable or the event cannot be held due to circumstances beyond the venue's control, the venue will endeavour to provide subsequent alternative dates or refund the full rental fee to the Client.

1. Arranging tables, chairs and decorations is the responsibility of the client unless agreed otherwise
2. Access to the venue will be allowed to and from the date & time specified in the individual clients contract.
3. If the venue is providing the bar, they will cover cleaning and tidying of the areas in use however, if the client has sourced the catering and bar themselves it is their own responsibility to ensure removal of all rubbish and bottles by the end of the evening of the event. If the venue has to clean up after any clients, a charge of £100, per clean will be added to the final account. The venue recognises John’s Barn as a separate location so will therefore incur the same charge per clean.
For weekend use when John’s barn is used several times during the event and as a communal area, it is the responsibility of the client to tidy and clean the area after each use. If the area has not been cleaned subsequent to each use the venue will undertake this task at a charge of £100 per clean. If the venue is providing the bar/catering this will be covered by them.
4. if the client has sourced the catering and bar themselves, they must ensure that toilet attendance and cleaning is undertaken by said staff. If this is not provided the venue will undertake this task at a charge of £100.
5. If the client has rented houses, huts or bell tents: access will be allowed from 3pm on the day of check in and must be vacated by 10am on the day of check out.

1. All music must finish by 12 midnight and all guests are to vacate the tipi/barn by 1 am.
2.fireworks can be used at the discretion of the venue and only by prior arrangement (the only option available for this would be at the coastal location).
3. Fire Pits can be used at the discretion of the venue. If the client has sourced the catering and bar themselves, they must ensure that they staff to attend the fire pit. If the venue is undertaking this task a charge of £50 will be made. Logs are to be purchased on top of this.
4. All music is to be run through the venue's speaker system. Bands and DJ’s need to be made aware of this system and how to use it well before the event. Please see documents provided about this system.

1. Nolton Coast has a zero tolerance policy regarding illegal activities, vandalism and rude and abusive behaviour towards the owner or any of their representatives. Illegal activities will immediately be reported to the police. Rude and abusive guests will be asked to leave the venue and grounds with immediate effect.
2. We ask that clients and clients’ guests are respectful of the venue and its grounds as well as surrounding farmland and countryside. We ask that you do not enter any fields/yards containing livestock or anywhere which has not been outlined as the venue.
3. Dogs are permitted but must be under the control of the owner at all times. The venue is situated within and close to working farms. Dogs can pose a serious risk to livestock. No dogs are allowed in the Shepherd’s Huts but are welcome in self catering cottages/houses at an additional charge of £25 per dog.
4. Smoking is not permitted in John’s Barn, tipi’s or the stretch tent. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the buckets of sand provided by the venue.

Use of Venue - The Client agrees to use the venue only for the purpose determined in their individual contract and in accordance with local laws and venue rules.
Insurance - Event insurance must be obtained by the Client if they are responsible for the bar. We strongly recommend a cancellation policy is obtained by the client.
Liability - The Client agrees to be responsible for any damage to the venue or its property caused by the Client or their guests.
Additional Services - Any additional services requested by the Client (e.g., catering, decorations, cleaning) will be subject to additional fees.

1.Governing Law - This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Great Britain.
2. Amendments - Any changes or amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
